Helen Cooper
Helen is a professionally trained actor with a base in Manchester, London and the West Midlands. Since childhood she has had a passion for acting, and started out performing characters and scenes from her favourite sit-coms in front of family and friends. As she got older her need to act just got stronger. Finally she accepted that this was her calling at age 52, when she completed her training with Brian Timoney at the Brian Timoney Actors Studio.
Helen’s additional skills include first aid, for which she has maintained her qualification for 25 years, and person centred counselling abilities. She also has insight into other aspects of creative production, having graduated with an honours degree in Film, Television and Radio Studies. Helen brings a wealth of life experience, compassion and commitment to every portrayal she creates.
